My Purchase Code says it’s invalid
Try Copying and pasting your Purchase Code into the text box. It’s a 16 digit alpha-numeric code, so it’s easy to make a typo.
If this does not work, try typing it in manually just in case it was not copied properly.
Please make sure you wait at least 100 seconds between attempts because there is a 100 second timeout.
