As seen on a number of sites BlackBerry Services are currently down. Without these services DriveSafe.ly cannot properly function. Unfortunately this is not an issue we can resolve directly. Like everyone else we must wait for the systems to go back up.

We will keep you updated here as the situation progresses.

Huzzah! Blackberry services have been restored as of 3AM. There is still the possibility of intermittent outages, but everything should be back to normal. This means you can continue to use and enjoy the convenience of DrivesSafe.ly!

We’ve identified a problem with some BlackBerry phones not properly validating purchase codes. If you are having this issue you can update your phone to a newer version (1.03 or higher). If you do not wish to download a new update, use our remote activation form which can be found here.
