We’ve identified a problem with some BlackBerry phones not properly validating purchase codes. If you are having this issue you can update your phone to a newer version (1.03 or higher). If you do not wish to download a new update, use our remote activation form which can be found here.

In the mean time, please download DriveSafe.ly beta for BlackBerry (all models, OS/Firmware version 4.5 or greater) and Android (G1 and myTouch) and start using it.
