23 States Now Say No to TWD

Transportation Secretary Ray Lahood recently applauded both Utah and Kentucky for joining the fight against distracted driving.

Twenty-Three states now have various laws in action against this dangerous act. Lahood himself commented, “Distracted driving is an epidemic that kills thousands and injures hundreds of thousands more every year. Drivers should always devote their full attention to the road, not to texting and talking on a cell phone.”
