Purchase Code Issues

We’ve identified a problem with some BlackBerry phones not properly validating purchase codes. If you are having this issue you can update your phone to a newer version (1.03 or higher). If you do not wish to download a new update, use our remote activation form which can be found here. If you continue experiencing difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
