DriveSafe.ly keeps your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel by reading your text (SMS) messages and emails aloud in real time and sending an auto-responder to let the sender know that you are busy and will respond as soon as possible. Texting while driving is extremely dangerous yet over one quarter of Americans admit to doing it. A recent study by Car and Driver magazine concludes that text (SMS) messaging while driving is even more dangerous than driving while legally intoxicated and under the influence of marijuana. The reason is simple, when someone texts while driving, they must look at the phone, taking their eyes off the road. Even when someone is driving while intoxicated, they can still look at the road. Of course, this does not condone driving while intoxicated, it merely demonstrates the danger of texting and emailing while driving. |

I have the beta on my AT&T Blackberry Bold and it is a great idea of the app however, I do not like the idea that I can not stop it from reading if I wish to. Example is that does its job and reads the email or text yet if I am at my location and it is still reading as I go to get out of the car I cant stop it from talking or mute it. I have to let it finish or turn off the phone. Other than that it seems like a great idea and I have posted your site on other forums for people looking for your type of application.
Can we get this app for Verizon EnV2?
